What is the permit number shown on your listings?

It is the Trakheesi permit number issued by the Dubai Land Department. Dubai requires a permit for every property advertisement. Where we hold one for a listing, we print the number and the Land Department QR code on that listing so you can verify the advertisement yourself before arranging a viewing.

Which areas of Dubai do you cover?

Our current listings are in Dubai, Burj Vista, Standpoint Towers, Business Bay, The Valley, Orra The Embankment and other communities. The properties page lists everything currently available.

Do you handle rentals as well as sales?

Yes. We currently have 8 properties for sale and 4 available to rent. You can filter by either on the properties page.

Are the prices shown annual or monthly?

Rental prices on this site are annual unless the listing says otherwise. Sale prices are the full purchase price. All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED).

How do I arrange a viewing?

Every listing shows a contact for that property — call or message on WhatsApp directly from the page, or send an enquiry through the form and we will come back to you.

Is the listing still available?

The properties page reflects what is currently available. Listings are removed once they are sold or let, but if a listing matters to you it is worth confirming with us before you travel to a viewing.
